Steps:
If RubiQ isn’t responding to your commands or if she’s acting out, you can return her to factory settings by clicking Reset Settings within the Setup tab of the RubiQ Configurator.
Clicking Reset Settings will require re-completing Steps 8-9 and the Preflight Check of the Configuration Guide. These steps are necessary to allow the RubiQ to arm and fly.
In the event that the soft reset does not resolve your issues, please ask your instructor to submit a support ticket with a thorough description of the issue.
